Incorporated in 1998 as the New York Biscotti Company, our goal was to create the best biscotti available in today's market by combining the finest ingredients, years of professional training, and a timeless old world family recipe.
Since then, we have expanded our goals by opening Torta Fina Bake Shoppe & Patisserie in Commack in 1999, providing our customers with not only the finest biscotti, but cakes, pastries, cookies, coffee & espresso as well.
Ten years from our inception, in 2008, we brought that same commitment to excellence to Babylon Village.
Today we are as committed as ever to our original principles of using the highest quality ingredients as well as providing you with the highest level of service.
